ON NEW SPORTSFISHING RULES
1. What are the Daily Bag Limits?
Dolphin - 10 Per person per day, not to exceed 60 per vessel.
Grouper - Black & Gag- 2 per person per day
Grouper - Red - 1 Per person per day
Mackerel - King - 2 per person per day
Mackerel - Spanish - 15 per person per day
Snapper - up to 10 per person per day depending on species.
Wahoo - 2 per person per day
2. Am I allowed to eat any of the fish I catch?
The fish is your to keep. You may take it home, ship it, or have it
cooked locally here in Key West.
3. Do I still need a sports fishing liscense?
Our Charters include all liscenses needed for our customers.
4. Can I sell some of the fish I catch in Key West?
Visitors to Key West are not allowed to sell or trade any fishery products.
This constitutes commercial fishing and would be a serious violation
of the law.
